All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted full papers will be published inIEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3503-8076-7)and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
